Dr. Melissa Verzura D.O is a psychiatrist sub specializing in dementia-related behavior disorders and neurocognitive disorders at the Wien Center for Alzheimer’s Disease and Memory Disorders at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, Florida.

Part time she continues to practice general psychiatric medicine at the hospital’s behavioral health outpatient center, where she also teaches psychiatric resident physician trainees.

Dr. Verzura earned her medical degree at Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida and is DEA licensed. Dr. Verzura is a member of the American Psychiatry Association and is a Bio-ethics Committee Member at Mount Sinai Medical Center.
