Dr. Crystal Rego is a board certified internal medicine physician at Mount Sinai Medical Center. Dr. Rego was raised in Calgary, Canada and moved to South Florida in 2004. She earned her medical degree at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale. She then completed an internal medicine residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, Florida. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Nova Southeastern University.

Dr. Rego is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, American College of Osteopathic Internists, and Florida Osteopathic Medical Association.
