Calling a Patient’s Room
Mount Sinai Medical Center’s main telephone number, 305-674-2121, is staffed by operators 24 hours a day. Operator assisted calls will be transferred to a patient’s room between the hours of 7 a.m. and 9 p.m.
If you know the patient’s room number and bed assignment, you may dial the room directly. Direct dialing can be achieved by calling 305-674-2000. When prompted, dial the 3-digit room number and you will be prompted to select bed 1 (entrance side) or 2 (window side). For private rooms, dial the 3-digit room number and you will be transferred directly to the room. For further information, dial 0 for the operator.
