    Dr. Frayda Kresch is the medical director and vice chair of the emergency department at Mount Sinai Medical Center. She is board-certified in emergency medicine.

    Dr. Kresch earned her medical degree at the Medical School for International Health, Ben Gurion-University/Columbia University in Be’er Sheva, Israel.     Dr. Kresch is a member of the Sepsis, Stroke, STEMI, and Medical Review committees at Mount Sinai Medical Center. She is a diplomate of the American Board of Emergency Medicine. Dr. Kresch has contributed to many presentations and publications on topics that include emergency medicine residents’ self-awareness of intubation skills, low-dose ketamine infusion for managing pain, and tuberculosis infection in patients with psoriasis treated with biologic drugs.
