    Dr. Palomo is an expert in his field and possesses extensive training in structural heart procedures, interventional procedures, and cardiac imaging. Additionally, he performs a variety of percutaneous cardiovascular interventions, including TAVR, Mitral Clip, TMVR, Watchman, PFO/ASD closure, intracardiac echo-guided procedures, rotational and orbital atherectomy, and Impella-supported PCI. He is board-certified in echocardiography and cardiac CT, both of which are essential for planning these cardiac procedures. Dr. Palomo is committed to providing the best medical care possible, focusing on patient comfort and long-term heart health.

    Dr. Palomo has authored and co-authored peer-reviewed publications on cardiology-related topics, including acute myocardial infarction, cardiogenic shock, and cardio-oncology.

    Dr. Palomo is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Interventional Cardiology, Cardiovascular Disease, and Internal Medicine. He also holds additional cardiac imaging board certification from the National Board of Echocardiography, the Certification Board of Cardiovascular Computed Tomography, and the Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology. He is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions.
