Carlos A. Sesin, M.D. is chief of the Division of Arthritis and Rheumatology at Mount Sinai Medical Center and has 13 years of experience treating patients with rheumatic diseases.
Dr. Sesin specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. He is skilled in performing joint aspirations and joint injections, and in utilizing intravenous therapy to reduce painful inflammation and swelling of the joints and muscles.
Dr. Sesin is a graduate of the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey’s Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. He completed his residency at Brigham & Women’s Hospital in Boston and a fellowship in rheumatology at New York University’s Hospital of Joint Diseases. Dr. Sesin is an assistant professor of medicine at Nova Southeastern University’s College of Osteopathic Medicine.
