Dr. Luciano Mastrogiovanni, board certified in Radiology, has recently joined Mount Sinai Medical Center’s Department of Radiology, with a specialty in Body Imaginng. Dr. Mastrogiovanni received his medical degree from Universidad Nacional de Rosario, in Argentina. After completing his internship at Metropolitan Hospital in New York, he moved to New Orleans, to start his residency in Diagnostic Radiology. Unfortunately, Hurricane Katrina devastated his training hospital and residency program there, but he was able to move back to New York and complete an excellent training at Jacobi Medical Center Alber Eistein College of Medicine. He was accepted for fellowship at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset NY, where he got exquisite training in body imaging.
