Dr. Roberto Leoni is a board-certified family medicine physician at Mount Sinai Primary & Specialty Care Sunny Isles Beach.
Dr. Leoni earned his medical degree at Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Fla. He completed residencies in family medicine at AdventHealth East Orlando and Larkin Community Hospital in Orlando and Hialeah, respectively.

Dr. Leoni is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Osteopathic Association. He has contributed to research, presentations, and publications on topics that include utilization of triple quadrupole mass spectrometry, administration of methotrexate in hematologic malignancies, and progression of euthyroid sick syndrome to hypothyroidism due to severe COVID-19 infection. Dr. Leoni is fluent in English and conversational in Spanish; he also has basic knowledge of Hebrew.
