Dr. Rubal Bhangal is an internal medicine physician at Mount Sinai Medical Center.

Dr. Bhangal earned her bachelor’s degree in basic medical sciences and her medical degree from St. George’s University (SGU) School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies. During her educational pursuits at SGU, Dr. Bhangal was a consistent Dean’s List recipient, having graduated with magna cum laude and summa cum laude honors. She was also a member of the Iota Epsilon Alpha (IEA) Honor Medical Society. She completed her internal medicine residency training at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York, NY.

Dr. Bhangal is dedicated to delivering comprehensive, high-quality care while treating a wide range of health-related concerns and conditions. She also focuses on building patient relationships and developing personalized treatment plans. Dr. Bhangal has also contributed to teaching, research, and publications on a variety of topics, including cardiovascular mortality in patients with gastrointestinal adenocarcinoma, Gullian-Barré syndrome, and new/onset atrial fibrillation following TAVR.

Dr. Bhangal is a member of the American College of Physicians.

She is fluent in English and Punjabi.
