  • More Time With Your Physician: our physicians have fewer patients than do physicians in traditional practices. This means our doctors have more time for your appointments.  This allows them to get to know you on a personal level, understand your health needs, and goals, and provide more personalized care.
  • Priority Scheduling: as a concierge patient, you are guaranteed a same-day or next-business-day appointment with your own concierge physician.
  • 24/7 Direct Lines: members receive their physician’s cell phone number and email address, along with contact information for their assistant, so you can talk with your doctor whenever you need them.
  • Little or no wait times: concierge physicians commit to patients’ scheduled appointments, unless they are attending to a medical emergency.
  • Direct Hospital Admission: should you become acutely ill, our concierge physicians can arrange for your direct assignment to a hospital room in a timely manner. This ensures that you will avoid unnecessary emergency room visits and delays in treatment.
  • Hospital Attention: if you ever require hospitalization, your concierge physician will visit you to check on your status and coordinate with your in-hospital team. These interactions enhance the quality of care that you receive and ensure a smooth transition for you from the hospital to the office.
  • Patient Coordination Services: our team addresses and coordinates all administrative aspects of patients’ needs. We advocate on your behalf, whether we are scheduling diagnostics, referring to specialists, or facilitating services through your insurance company.
  • Online Access to your Health Records: MyChart gives our patients access to their electronic health records, anytime, anywhere. Message your physician, refill your prescription, view test results and much more with a click of a button.Our concierge physicians share this platform with the entire Mount Sinai Network, making it seamless for them to share information and make clinical decisions.
  • Chronic care management: Medicare patients with chronic diseases may be eligible to enroll in our Chronic Care Management program. With your concierge physicians’ oversight, our experienced nursing staff will coordinate patient care in between office visits. Eligible patients will receive phone calls to assess their progress.
  • Convenient Locations: the concierge physicians work from two conveniently located, well-appointed offices in Miami Beach and Aventura.
