Concierge Medicine Program Overview

Mount Sinai Medical Center’s concierge program offers patients comprehensive, preventive care delivered by the region’s premier team of primary care physicians and cardiologists. In addition, patients have exclusive access to their concierge physician –usually on the same day–when you need it most.

Your concierge physician will work with you to develop a personalized care plan, with your health goals in mind. Your physician works closely with you, taking into account your annual, comprehensive physical exam as well as your unique medical history, your genetic risk profile, and your lifestyle, to create a tailored and comprehensive approach to your care.

Your health is monitored on a proactive basis, including scheduling necessary screenings and diagnostics. Communication with your physician is timely and ongoing, including review and communication of diagnostics, lab work and follow up appointments.

As a concierge patient, all aspects of your healthcare will be coordinated, from appointment setting to specialist referrals, to accessing hospital and other resources.

Every concierge physician has admitting privileges at Mount Sinai. Therefore, should you need to be admitted to the hospital, your physician can visit with you, and help or direct the management of your care.

Our program is designed to take the stress out of managing your healthcare, whether it be for office visits or hospital stays. Your participation in the concierge medicine program creates a seamless healthcare experience for you, and affords you access to the entirety of the Mount Sinai Network, comprised of over 400 Mount Sinai specialists, working across 9 locations and 3 emergency centers in Miami-Dade County.

Our affiliation with Columbia University makes Mount Sinai the only hospital in South Florida to offer Ivy League-affiliated programs in cardiovascular care, urology, orthopedics and cancer. Plus, our medical center is nationally ranked as a “Best Regional Hospital” by U.S. News & World Report in South Florida.1 In addition, we are the only hospital in Miami-Dade County to be ranked in the top 5% of hospitals in the nation, for three years in a row (2020, 2021 and 2022), by Healthgrades. We also rank on Healthgrades’ list of “America’s Best Hospitals” for Critical Care, Gastrointestinal Care, and Gastrointestinal Surgery.2
